OUTDOOR SESSIONS

Champs Outdoor Sessions
 
 
Champs academy outdoor sessions are developmental-focused 1.5-hour session for beginning, returning or experienced youth (co-ed) players that will get you playing better soccer by improving/polishing technical skills like dribbling, passing and shooting, and reinforcing tactical awareness in offensive/defensive play.
At Champs academy we generally scrimmage, at the end of each session. Based on the program you choose, sessions will be held once, twice or three times a week.
  • Outdoor training sessions in the fall and in the spring are offered one day per week.  The lesson plan for these sessions cover a wide range of developmental topics.  We make sure that players work on all the fundamentals of the game.  Young players who sign-up for these sessions should expect to work on coordination, agility, and speed-work as well.
